Maddy Seitles is a singer/songwriter heavily influenced by Jazz and Folk, based in New York. She graduated from the highly acclaimed Frost School of Music at the University of Miami and is now pursuing her career in New York. Previously, she spent two years based in Madrid, Spain.
Maddy has performed at venues such as Feinstein's 54 Below, The Apollo Theater, Madison Square Garden, The Bitter End, BB King's, the Hard Rock Cafe, and more. She has performed on Long Island and in Miami at various venues. In her undergrad, Maddy was also a member of BisCaydence, an award winning a cappella group at the University of Miami.

Maddy has studied under the direction of Philip Pelkington, Dr. Raina Murnak, Dr. Kate Reid, Yuri Yu, Charlie Christensen, and Stephen Gleason. In 2022, Maddy put on her Senior Show at United Wesley, a culmination of her four years of study at the University of Miami. The show consisted of 12 songs, four of which were originals, jazz music, and covers.

In 2018, Maddy put on her first one-woman show, Sunday Jazz, at Feinstein's 54 Below in New York City. A trek through her prodigious youth, the show explored her repertoire covering material she has performed at various venues throughout her performance career thus far. She was joined by co-musical director and pianist Mark Berman, who recently music directed for the latest season of the popular television series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

In 2018, Maddy participated in the East End Arts Council Music By The Bedside Program. This program brings musicians to the hospital rooms of elderly people in palliative care. Through this program, Maddy has sung in the palliative care unit and the ICU of the Peconic Bay Medical Center as well as at Peconic Landing Nursing Home in Greenport, Long Island. Maddy also sang the national anthem at the Suffolk County Legislature Meeting in Riverhead in 2018.

During the Summer of 2017, Maddy toured in New York with world renowned bassist Bakithi Kumalo, who has performed and recorded with Paul Simon (Graceland) at venues including 89 North, Stephen Talkhouse, the House of Brews, and others.

In 2017, Maddy also attended Michael Feinstein’s American Songbook Academy in Carmel, Indiana. This program is an audition in summer music intensive for young singers who have an interest in the American Songbook and jazz standards.

In 2013 and 2014, Maddy worked for Kidz Bop, and recorded over 15 songs on two of their albums (Kidz Bop 25 and Kidz Bop 26).
